Renowned computer scientist Mária Bieliková: We don't want brains to leave Slovakia, but to circulate.
Slovak scientist Mária Bieliková is trying to change the “brain drain” trend where young talent is leaving Slovakia to pursue opportunities abroad, by giving them a reason to stay while at the same time offering an opportunity to return from abroad. It looks at how companies and universities can cooperate with the institute, how to create an inspiring environment for the talent in Slovakia, what kind of people will fit into the KInIT team and whether scientists actually go for a beer?
